Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. Most addresses in Ireland receive their order within 1–3 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
What does delivery cost?
Standard nationwide delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over €150 ship free. Delivery to Northern Ireland and the rest of the EU is available — rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you would like to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights if something arrives faulty.
Is there a warranty?
Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If something stops working within that window, contact us with your order number and a short description and we will repair, replace or refund it.
How can I pay?
All payments are processed over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card details. Prices are in euro with Irish VAT included, so there is nothing added at the end.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
We ship across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK and most of the EU. Enter your address at checkout to see live rates and estimated delivery times before you commit.
